Wetwheels visits London

We are very happy to be on the Thames this week, and welcomed the inspirational Frank Gardner OBE, BBC journalist and author, as one of our guests onboard.

With the team from Wetwheels South East, we are bringing the Wetwheels experience to the Capital. For many of those joining us it is their first time on the river.

With lovely weather and sunshine, we are welcoming a number of participants and sharing what we do with a range of supporters. This is all part of our work to reach out to as many communities as we can, and to raise the profile of 'Blue Health', and the wide range of benefits being on the water can bring for both mental and physical wellbeing.

We will be exploring more of the City again tomorrow, and can we thank everyone for their support in making this trip possible, including Graham and his team at Imperial Wharf Marina for being such accommodating and supportive hosts. May we also thank James and the South East team, and our very own Chair of Trustees Andy for his support over the two days, and Geoff for his stirling efforts in making this such a successful visit.
