You will get the chance to see Southampton and the docks from the waterside, spot cruise liners, tug and pilot boats, container ships and other marine traffic in this bustling port as well as the coastline of Southampton Water including the historic site of Florence Nightingale's Military Hospital at Netley.
We aim to leave disabilities on the shore and offer our participants the chance to share laughter with families and carers. 'Blue Health' from proximity to water, getting out on rivers and the sea, promotes renewed self belief and is associated with many positive measures of physical and mental wellbeing, from higher levels of vitamin D to better social relations.

This is a mixed speed trip but rest assured your safety is our priority and we will always work within everyone's comfort zone.
All of our trips are already subsidised as we work all year around to find extra funds to cover our costs. We want to get as many people on the water in Hamble as possible and occasionally we have special funding to help if finances are tight so give us a call if you need a little bit of extra help ...
