Welcome to Wetwheels Edinburgh!

Wetwheels Edinburgh is the newest addition to the Wetwheels fleet, and her home is Port Edgar, situated just outside Edinburgh.   Wetwheels Edinburgh will be operating on the East coast of Scotland, perfectly positioned to access Edinburgh, and numerous other ports and harbours on the banks of the Firth of Forth, such as Dundee, St Andrews, North Berwick, and Anstruther.

The Wetwheels experience is designed to enable every disabled person the chance to experience the excitement of power boating. Wetwheels Edinburgh is truly unique by being fully accessible - not just giving you the chance to be a passenger, but also to take the helm as the skipper - everybody gets the chance to drive!

We have scheduled trips and experiences from our main base in Port Edgar, and these can all be tailored to suit each individual and group.  These experiences could include viewing the majestic UNESCO registered Forth Rail Bridge from the sea, meeting the seals and puffins on the local islands, or seeing the Naval Dockyard of Rosyth where the new aircraft carriers were constructed.

We will also be operating outreach programmes to other parts of Scotland, and would welcome enquiries about these if you would like Wetwheels Edinburgh to come to you!  Please drop us an email or come in to see us if you would like to discuss this further.

We depend on the goodwill of our wonderfully experienced volunteers to run Wetwheels Edinburgh. If you would like to be part of a Wetwheels experience, it doesn't matter if you are young or old, able-bodied or in a wheelchair; Just get in touch with us to arrange your visit or book via our booking system to see the trips we offer.

We look forward to welcome you aboard one of our barrier-free boating experiences.
