A very special weekend was had by all who attended The Solent Platinum Jubilee, with Wetwheels as the chosen charity kindly supported by leading Yacht and Motorboat insurer Pantaenius UK.

After an awe inspiring Fleet Review with 5 Wetwheels boats and hundreds from across the UK and the globe, another highlight of the celebrations was our ‘Lunch on the Terrace’.

We welcomed guests from the local community as well as many from further afield, to share in this unique occasion at Cowes Yacht Haven. Geoff Holt MBE DL, our Founder and Trustee, said : "This truly was a once in a lifetime opportunity and seeing so many of our supporters from across the years and those new to Wetwheels was wonderful.

Thank you to Mike, Simon and the team at Pantaenius UK for their support – their passion for the water, and our shared values, really helped make it a success”.

Across the events we have raised over £12,000 which is an incredible achievement. This will help more disabled people to access the water this summer and experience the magic of Wetwheels. Thank you.
