Regardless of the weather, presume your trip will be going ahead unless you hear from us. If we cancel, it will be on safety grounds. This is a decision our skipper will make and their word is final. We will contact you on the number you gave us at the time of booking if this is to be the case.

Wetwheels does not have a toilet on board, but Dover Sea Sports Centre, where we’re based, have accessible toilets.

The nearest Changing Places room with a hoist is located at the Buckland Hospital, approximately 2 miles away, at CT17 0HD.

Not for Private Charters or Harbour Trips. However, as a matter of courtesy to our volunteers, who give up their valuable time, we would expect at least 3 days notice.

Generally, it is a lot colder at sea than it is on land. Multiple layers of clothes should be worn as opposed to one or two thick layers.

We ask our participants to wear flat-heeled shoes.

Wetwheels South East has waterproof capes to protect you from drizzle or sea spray, but we are not liable in the event of your own clothes underneath getting damaged.

We will, of course, provide you with the mandatory life jackets.
