Join us for our visit to Eastbourne (Sovereign Harbour) from 15th to 26th July, where we will be joining up with Wetwheels South East. Experience going through a sea-lock and then heading out past Eastbourne Pier to Beach Head lighthouse.
At Wetwheels South East we are aware than many people choose to have their ashes scattered at a favourite place, which for many means the sea. If you have family members with mobility issues or are wheelchair users, being able to access the English Channel and the iconic White Cliffs to say goodbye, we are able to assist.
Our most popular accessible activity. Subject to conditions the itinerary may include travelling to local areas of interest such as Sandsend, Runswick Bay, Robin Hoods Bay or Ravenscar Seal Colony.

Once everyone is settled on board, our lines will be cast off and our adventure begins. At a leisurely pace, whilst everyone gets comfortable and settled, Wetwheels Yorkshire will spend a few minutes in Scarborough's historic harbour before passing under the shadow of the lighthouse and into South Bay.
At a leisurely pace, whilst everyone gets comfortable and settled, Wetwheels Yorkshire will head through the marina before entering the lock, which will bring us to the level of the River Tyne. Once through the lock and onto the river, we will pass between North and South Shields, up to the famous Herd Groyne and then through the Tyne Piers onto the North Sea.
